| Q3 |
We are residents and want to bring our neighbors as guests to the pool. They are not members. Why can’t bring them any day we want? |
 |
A3 |
All residents of the shareholder eligible area are given the opportunity to join the pool. If resident families choose not to become pool members they are restricted as to when they can go as guests with another active member. Residents should consider this restriction when deciding whether or not to be active members for a given year. If any member is found to be in violation of this rule, the entire family is subject to suspension of pool privileges. Non-resident members may bring their neighbors as guests to the pool at any time. |

| Q4 |
I have a babysitter for my kids in the summer. Can I get a pin for the babysitter? |
 |
A4 |
You can not get a pin assigned for your babysitter. However if a babysitter is bringing your children to the pool he/she may use a pin assigned to one of the parents. The babysitter’s name MUST be listed on the membership form. This is the only situation in which a pin assigned to a family may be used by someone else. |

| Q7 |
We are stockholders and have decided to become inactive members for the year, can we still pay $5 and come to the pool when we want to? |
 |
A7 |
No. If you choose to become inactive for a given year you only have 3 opportunities to get passes. 1) If you pay your inactive dues before the deadline you will receive 10 passes, 2) if you come to the stockholder meeting in March you will receive 5 passes, and 3) if you help on pool clean up day you will receive 5 passes. These passes will be stamped “inactive” to alert the gate workers that you are not eligible to buy any additional passes. Shareholders should take this restriction into consideration when deciding whether or not to become active members in a given year. |
